In this bewildering climate of claims made by the various manufacturers, how can a consumer distinguish the truth from the hype? Dr. Schwartz’s extensive background as both a research chemist and as a dermatologist places him in the unique position to critically evaluate the various claims made by cosmeceutical companies about their skin care products.
Dr. Schwartz has authored numerous journal publications, including recent articles in Professional Skier Magazine and Best of Burlington Magazine, reviewing the damaging effects of ultraviolet light from the sun and how to select the proper sunscreen. Additionally, either Dr. Schwartz or his staff uses every product he recommends.
